The Crowhurst Village Hall Secretary is a part-time, self-employed position responsible for the administrative management of the Village Hall, reporting to the Village Hall Management Committee.
Job Responsibilities:
Acting as the primary point of contact for communications
Maintaining records
Organizing meetings
Overseeing the hall's compliance with regulations
Requirements:
Organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent
Hours and Compensation:
Attend six meetings per year, with a fixed pay for the meetings.
Flexible schedule to fulfil the role's demands for a few hours in between
Hourly rate for additional administrative tasks.
